larvae at the bottom of feeder ladder ML/frame feeder

I am using the mann lake feeders with the plastic ladders and as I was filling them I noticed some small larvae that floated to the top (wax moth larvae maybe?)

Should I bee concerned?

yes.  I have lost strong hives to shb, you gotta stay on top of them.  You can play beetle smash and then come post your high score.
