Sharon, holy jumpin' cadoodle hopper.  Now that was one beauty of a flower.  When I first saw the picture before I clicked on it to enlarge, I could have sworn that that had a happy face staring me right in the eyes.  I can't wait for these dahlias to mature, surely, by looking at the centre on this plant, it must hold galores of bright yellow pollen, yeah!!!!  Have a beautiful and wonderful day, lovin' this life we live.    Sharon thanks for the seeds.  They were planted today as part of a screen for the chainlink fence fence.  After that picture I think we're going to really enjoy them and they will be just tall enough!

One question, are they self seeding or do I need to collect and replant.

Thanks again!!!
Everyone said it couldn't be done. But he with a chuckle replied, "I won't be one to say it is so, until I give it a try."  So he buckled right in with a trace of a grin.  If he had a worry he hid it and he started to sing as he tackled that thing that couldn't be done, and he did it.  (unknown)
