Bee happy the liver taste better then chicken liver the egg's are for stealhead fishing.

Some call them silver and some call them coho I call them good tasting fish. I like the coho and the stealhead for eating and the Chinook salmon for smoking I like to use maple and wild cherry mix of wood for the smoke.

I'm with JP, that fish makes me hungry!  No liver for me but I bet my chix would go wild for that and the roe! The girls are adorable as usual, they are growing fast!  The younger one is losing her baby face & looking like a kid!

I bought some more Coho yesterday evening (Wild caught) It's not a bad fish at all. Of course King and Sockeye are your best salmon, but sockeye is done for the season and Coho is cheaper than King, and as long as its wild caught has just as much omega-3.

You are very fortunate to have access to these fatty fish Irwin, they are extremely healthy, wild caught.

Irwin, not so sure about how pretty the fish are, but as I said before and I'll say again, you got some very beautiful little gals there!!!  Have that most beautiful and great day, to enjoy with wonderful health.  Cindi
