Our two cultivars of pumpkins
« on: October 16, 2007, 08:13:15 pm »
This year I planted two different types of pumpkins.  One of the type was big, but many of them were flattened out because of the weight.

The yield of pumpkins this year was not very good, probably poor blossom set because of cloudy and cool weather.  I should have normally got 4 times as many, oh well, there is another year.  I am going to get my artistic neice to create something with these pumpkins, and when she does, her work will be put here with a picture.  She has beautiful talent.  Have a wonderful and  beautiful day, greatest of this life.  Cindi

There are strange things done in the midnight sun by the men who moil for gold.  The Arctic trails have their secret tales that would make your blood run cold.  The Northern Lights have seen queer sights, but the queerest they ever did see, what the night on the marge of Lake Lebarge, I cremated Sam McGee.  Robert Service
