Hello and Welcome!

This forum is great for learning more about bees & beekeeping. The tutorials on the main beemaster page were one of the first things I did several years ago when I first became interested in beekeeping.

A couple suggestions:
First, Update your profile to include your location. Much of beekeeping is very "location specific" and we'll be able to provide better answers to your questions if we know where you are.
Second, if you haven't already, I recommend getting involved with a local beekeeping club. Clubs often offer beginning beekeeping classes, and are good places to find mentors and get connected with local beekeepers. There are some good clubs in Ohio:

Looking forward to hearing about your beekeeping adventures!

John, welcome to our forum, so nice that you have found us.  This can be a place where you can spend some great, quality time, make new friends, a place to tell your stories, tales and experiences.  Here you can get lots of advice on how to keep bees, stick around.  Have a wonderful and awesome day, life, great health.  Cindi
