Hello, old and new friends, from Lavaca County, TX!

Hello, fellow Beeks!  Some of you I know from another Source  ;) and some of you are new friends.  I am a beek in south central Texas, USA.  I am married, 2 kids, 20 + hives, and live outside a small town.  I also like to garden, cook, read, write, quilt, sing in the church choir, practice Aikido, and travel.  Once in a while I sleep, and if I am not working, I am likely volunteering at school with my kiddos.

Ich spreche und lese am bisschen Deutsch, and English.

Hi Summer. Nice to have you on the forum. How long have you been keeping bees?

Wow, you have many things to keep you busy and now the bee forum.

I am basically new at this having started 2006 (I think I will always feel like a newbee since the bees are always teaching me) and I have learned so much from this forum.

I spent two years in Kaiserslaughtern. It's been a long time, but still have fond memories.
