A couple of backyard shots
« on: June 04, 2009, 01:29:29 pm »
Here's a picture of the veggie garden as of today, it's almost all planted finally!

Here's a shot of the whole back yard, showing the hives and the coop:

And one other shot of the herb garden out front, it's shaping up nicely!

very nice, it's much better organized than my garden. I made the rows a little too close this year trying to optimize space and had weeds I couldn't stay on top of.

In the middle shot on top of the blue tarp; that looks like an adobe form - I plan to make some "adobe' like blocks - is that what i'm seeing?

Wow, what a perfect garden and you can see how much work went into this place.  Thanks for sharing the nice photos. By the way, that is a very interesting looking neighborhood you have there.

No, actually, that's a discarded CD rack we were supposed to take to the dump, but it held down the tarp nicely, so it's staying until the pile is gone!

It is a nice neighborhood, even if we're on a busy road.  I love my neighbors, we've all been here 25 or 30 or even 40 years.  My roots are deep here!  :)

makes me jealous  ;),  Thanks for sharing.  It's an inspiration that someday I may get control over my yard.
