Hi everyone, I am back & forth from my home, but at least I have a home to go back to. What can I do to prevent my bees from being wiped out by the mosquito spray, cover them? Yesterday evening I suffered some losses due to spraying. This evening I was going to cover them with bath towels. Any other suggestions?

If you build the "robber screens" except close off or don't make the final exit then they have a screened porch.  This will allow you to close them up while letting them ventilate.  The main thing is to close them up without them suffocating.
