can someone tell me a way that I can help my bees last the winter. Hive wraps? Fence? Move them into my garage?

Making sure they have enough stores and are properly ventilated seems to be sufficient. It's split about 50/50 for and against wrapping. Condensation inside the hives is more of a problem than the cold.

A wind break is also helpful.

No excluder, a mouse guard, sufficient bees, sufficient stores and no empty boxes.
