There is still a flow and my package bees seem to be all over it instead of the 1.1 feed. It's been 8 days out in the sun (Front feeder/jar) One hive has only taken a quarter and the other hive is just under but not half way yet but close. Just curious when I should replace before it goes bad
Temps are mid 80's avg.

From what I've been told, they shouldn't need it at all and you run the risk of robbing.

If they aren't taking it, I would remove it. If it's spoiled, throw it out. If it's not spoiled, freeze it...

I normally do not worry about the temps just the bees consumption. I stop feeding as soon as there is a nectar flow and the bees start storing honey in supers (for my honey). This helps to keep the honey at or below 18.2%
Question (as I do not use external feeders), in the temps that Arkwood is at, will the 1:1 expand and 'leak' out? -Mike

Opps.
I forgot to say my hives are new packages, 8 days... That's why I am feeding.
In a few weeks the flow should slow down. But is there an expiration date of sorts or do I have to go take a sip? :-P
