Florida (Jacksonville)
There are 2 types of Bees in the video, both do not look like any I have seen before
What kind of flower? All the Bees I saw were packing the pollen really well.

The flower is
Gaillardia pulchella
common name: Firewheel
State flower of Oklahoma
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaillardia_pulchella
Initial bee pix were blurry, didn't use my time to look at the rest of your video.
