Harvesting pollen  on Saturday, 17 inches of snow Sunday. fair to middlin set back

Same storm hit here, got 8". Will take moisture in any form.  :)

So dry here I saw 2 trees fighting over the same dog.

Sorry for your weather, Oliver and your drought Don.  Last year and so far this year we have had above average rain fall. 
Right in front of my bee yard is a group of Laurel Cherry trees, just as they were getting in to full bloom a couple of weeks ago it rained for 3 or 4 days and had a freeze.  Bees didn't touch them this year.

Isn't it a good thing we can't control the weather......it would be sunny and 79 degrees all the time.

it would also rain or two hours every third night.

we had spring in the winter down here.  i saw frost on the ground one morning during hunting season and there were several days last week where it frosted on my land.  chilled the brood in the queen nursery i started last week and set me back another week on new queens.  i'll start some more around thursday.

Yeah ain't it grand. No snow but temps in the 30s. Just great for my splits. I was thinking about you guys up north when I saw rhe storns in the weather reports. I wish this weather wiuld make up its mind.
