Can anyone tell me the specific gravity of Honey? Or just as well how many pounds per unit volume?

howdy,
According to the books on beekeeping honey should weigh 11 pounds,12 ounces to the gallon.It should also have a specific gravity of at least 1.14129. Hope this helps.
