How Long is a chicken's memory

I am about to move a bunch of chickens out of the storage shed coop onto the travel trailer coop. I am wondering how long I would have to keep them locked inside so they will consider it home and not go back to the storage shed ?

They may never give it up if they are free range. They roam around. If it is in the same area most likely they will choose the one they prefer.
As with all living things, they remember till they forget. ;)doak
