honey colors of the N.E US?
« on: May 31, 2009, 06:54:59 pm »
Does anyone have a generic list/chart of the various colors of honey and the possible origins of the honey...for instance buckwheat honey is really dark, fireweed honey is very light almost clear, etc etc.....   THanks!

You can obtain a honey color chart from most of the major bee equipment suppliers.  They work a lot like paint tint strips used for picking your paint color.
