The Newbiest of the Newbs from Culdesac, ID
« on: February 26, 2014, 02:14:47 pm »
Good Morning,
I am starting my adventure into beekeeping, officially.  I have ordered my package with a queen.  I have three books in my Amazon cart (The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Beekeeping, Beekeeping for Dummies, The Beekeeper’s Bible:  Bees, Honey, Recipes and Other Home Uses).  I have gotten in contact with my local Beekeeper Association and I am signed up for a class at WSU for "Beginner Beekeepers".

Any other suggestions before April 12th?  That is my delivery date and I need to be ready.

Thanks!!
TBK

Welcome to the forum.   :cheer: There are a lot of videos on YouTube, most are good and some are there because the person had a camera, so use you own judgement. If you are not sure of something you see, post it and someone here will comment on it for you.  -Mike
