I use 9:1 sugar:water. No heat. Just mix. It is moldable, but you can refrigerate it and cut it. I serve it on top of wax paper.

I made some once mixing honey with powdered sugar. I made the powdered sugar with a coffee grinder. Stir enough sugar into the honey to make a stiff dough.
