I met a new beekeeper a couple of nights ago at a local club meeting.
Very sheepishly, and sounding somewhat embarrassed, she said "I've been stung by my bees". "How many times?" "Once" :roll:

I guess you could look at it in that way. Most of my stings come from swarms or cut-outs...

I get stung when I smash, scrub, or rub a bee the wrong way.
