buzzbee, are you by any chance my neighbour?!?!?! we have exactly the same amount of snow,
it's sloooowly getting white, although it won't last more than 2 days but..conditions are the same
-
Mici,
Look over your shoulder!! I may be right behind you!!
-
Ken, beautiful picture. It still amazes me to think that many parts of the country now have snow. Such a nice feeling, that quiet air that surrounds snow. Sometimes I wish that we could get it here more often than we do. Have a beautiful and wonderful day. Cind

Hmmm, That looks a lot like....snow.
Snow is an indicator of cold.
I drank frozen Daiquiris Friday night.
I think I will stay down here.
I have to go to Salt Lake City in about 2 weeks. Looks cold there also.
Sincerely,
Brendhan

Brendhan the travelin man.
Ken, that looks too cold for me. burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I can't wait until it looks like that around here. When it's cold, it needs to snow. When there is no snow, it needs to be warm. See my logic?

sorry, but no. usually is more like....
1st day of snowing: "yaaay!!! snoooowww!!!
3rd day: " i wish it was summer and hot"
same goes for summer :-D
brendhan will freeze to death if i tell him how much i have in my room (19° C)
@ buzzbee
hah only few thousand kilometers behind me huh :)
it's just amazing, how similar conditions can happen at such distant places at a time.

No, Mici, I love winter, we need it so we can get my favorite season, Spring. I love cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, fires in the fireplace, and a nice blanket of white keeping my gardens tucked in until the cold passes. That's the hardest part about living here in this particular area of Massachusetts, it just doesn't stay one season - the temperature fluctuations in the winter lately are ruining my gardens!
-
excuse me for expressing myself awkwardly.
what i meant was....
i can't see your logic
and: most people's logic is-what i describer before
although i'd appreciate if we'd have more winters like last year, or should i say, no more winters, just like last year ;)

Below is an actual picture of Brendhan trapped in Boston Commons in a freak snow storm that hit there in November 2005. Warning this picture is not for the faint of heart.

Brendhan does not deal well with the cold.
Sincerley,
Brendhan

Brendhan. Ha!!!!! Wait until you get to Salt Lake City, yep, button up your coat, it is darn cold. Been there, done that. Have a wonderful and beautiful day on this greatest of earths. Cindi

mici, that's about the temp i keep my house. we don't heat the whole thing all the time so parts are colder! no snow here yet. just LOTS of rain. temp dropping next week to 20's? over night.

Love the change of seasons. Afte three or four weeks I'm ready for a change. When its cold, I dream of warm spring waether. In summer, I cant wait for fall(my fav). Its unseasonably cold here and very wet and nasty, but no snow yet.

I understand, Mici, what you don't understand is me, but that's ok. I'm happy with the seasons, all four of them, in their time and place.
