i herd  the state  of tenn. was giveing  free 3 ib pakages  free to help build up the honeybee hives in tenn. is this true????

I haven't heard that.  They are offering up to 50% off on equipment for people with 5 hives or more and have completed the BeeMaster course being offered through Ag Extension.

I'm taking the Hobbyist level course this Thurs, Fri, and Saturday.  Will probably here more then.  Looks like a lot of paperwork to get in, but I'm sure some will jump in.  I'm not that big yet and don't plan to have over three hives at this time.
