I am looking for a way to analyze honey short of me having to become a scientist.
As I understand it, refractometers usually only measure water content. Have I got that wrong?
I would like to find a way, buying whatever equipment is available, to test the honey for grade, sugar content, water of course, and anything else that one might want to know in a honey analysis.
I need to find something and order it today or tomorrow, if possible. Can some of you give me some leads/advice?
Thanks.
