Title: comb honey sections
Post by: kdm on December 12, 2010, 10:53:36 am
I do not use  plastic half frames, but i was visiting an  area beekeeper and he showed me how he used them. He made a thick wooden frame that held 8 sections. 4 back to back. the plastic lip of the sections over lapped on the frame. They were held in place with over lapping thumb tacks. this made them very solid. I found this intersting.
