I am awaiting my first bees. Mid 40,s single with time on my hands so I let a coworker talk me into trying beekeeping. As to how I chose my name I retired from the naval reserve as a construction electrician 1st class. I really enjoyed my time with the Seabees so it just seemed natural

Welcome!  This place is great, tons of info and everyone's really cool!!!  I'm also just starting in beekeeping.  So far it's a blast.
