Quick question....does a top feeder go on, then the inner over? or inner cover then top feeder? I have it the first way but jsut wanted to make sure.

Top feeder, then inner cover, then top. Straight line to the feeder from the frames is the goal.

i had to turn my inner cover over so the bees could get to the syrup, anybody else have to do this?
