Hi, I just got this and (seeing as there appear to be no details elswhere on the web) thought it might be useful to post here. (It looks like great value).

Bee-Ginners Beekeeping Course 2006
Alberta Agriculture, Food and Rural Development is offering a comprehensive course for beekeeping beginners. The workshop is designed to build basic beekeeping skills. It focuses on bee biology, equipment, seasonal management, producing honey crop, and management of bee pests. The program combines classroom instruction with hands-on experience.

Dates: May 19 & 20, 2006, Classes run from 9:00 am until 5:30 pm each day.
