Busy Swarm Day!
« on: May 23, 2009, 10:32:09 am »
This is a late post, but I thought Id share some pics of the four swarms I captured last saturday.  Two of them (the first two were of descent size, and the last were "ok" so I combined them when I hived them.  I picked one up yesterday as well, but forgot to bring my camera!  So far Im up to 9 swarms this year....Im no "JP" by any means... lol... but it sure is fun... except for the sting to the eyebrow because I i could be "brave"  heh heh... Two absconded a couple of days after I hived them...the rest.... well they are doing ok... I have a hive check today once it warms up a little!

Sweet, nice going.  This year certainly is a good one for swarms.

Wow, you are doing great.

I had a dream last night, I was eating a 10 pound marshmallow. I woke up this morning and the pillow was gone.....
