what to do with uncap honey

i have a lot of uncap honey. what should i do with it. i just started feeding them today and 1 hive all ready took a 1/2 qt of sugar water. :? thanks

Stop feeding them and give them the uncapped honey

If it's for the bees just leave it, if it's for you, make mead out of it.  That's when fermentation is a good thing. :-D
