BRAZILIAN HONEY

Is it tasty? Or, does the honey have that smoke taste mentioned in another thread on the subject.

How much is the weight and how much did you have to pay for it?

I am assuming that you didn't obtain any information on how much those hives featured in you pics produced?

Were you able to learn anything useful for us folks that will be faced with the AHB in the not too distant future.

Were you able to experience the agressive response that the AHB are noted for, without all that smoke?

Thanks

This honey is very tasty. No smoke flavor!  :)
It is slightly larger than a lb. I paid 7.00 real, which is about $3
I did not learn much about production per hive (language barrier)
This beekeeper used lots of smoke. There are some that are opposed to this. I approached a different set of hives with no smoke and had to run like the wind out of there. Very aggresive.
