B&B Honey Farm
« on: March 09, 2010, 07:04:09 pm »
Anyone have experience with these guys?  I ordered some frames from them.  Ya, you would think I would ask this question before I bought them but hey, better late than never.  They are a bit more expensive than Dadant, but for 100 frames I would have saved seven dollars and fifty cents but shipping was triple with Dadant.  $28 n change / $9 n change with B&B and I may get them in a day. The decision was easy.

I am concerned with quality.  Any problems with these folks, pluses?

Seemed like really nice folks on the phone.

I had ordered stuff from them when I lived in Minnesota many years ago and had good service.  I never ordered frames from them - so I'm no help there.

Got my box.  Its a lot bigger than I thought it would be for 100 medium frames and nails.  I still cant believe shipping was $9......n change.  Probably wont put them together for a week or two, but if I remember, I will coment on what I think about them.
