Title: Trap out from a chimney
Post by: OzBuzz on January 21, 2012, 10:21:50 pm
G'day one and all :) I'm hoping I can call one your knowledge for this one... I've been asked to do a trap out from a chimney. Anyone done one before? And I know typically the cone needs to be horizontal but has anyone tried it vertically? Any advice is much appreciated

Are they in the chimney? If so you will need to make sure they cant get down and into the house.

So i set up the chimney trap out on the weekend! I'll keep you posted on how it goes! they were one aggressive hive though! as soon as i moved the cover from the chimney they were all over me! that's one hive which i will be happy when they have a new queen!
