I don't believe I am saving the earth by keeping and rescuing bees.  I do those things though as well as growing a lot of my own vegetables, heavily recycling, planting native saplings, making and setting up dozens of blue bird houses over 30 acres and even regularly picking up trash out of the creek that runs through my back yard, etc.  The earth will be here until the sun swallows it in a billion years or so.  We're not going to save it.  Whether or not we will be around when that happens has yet to be seen.
We aren't going to save the Earth in the geological sense, you are right.  But whether we are here for much longer depends very much on exactly the sorts of conserving actions you are taking.  Thanks for what you are doing .  Don't underestimate the importance of what you and many like you are doing every day.

What's wrong with hippie slogans?   :-D    Ok, maybe they were not very effective, but at least they didn't wantonly destroy the environment for short term profit, like so many of the supposedly serious business people do.

Bjorn, I have a suggestion for you.  Since "saving the Earth" is a bit over the top for some folks, what about the following, which combines ideas from the top two choices in your survey.
"Building a sustainable future, one flower at a time."

This takes the general idea that would interest non-beeks and brings it down to the specific bee related formula.  Also, I think it impossible to hear this slogan without visualizing bees moving from flower to flower, a very positive image to associate with your function.

According to some folks, I'm still looking to do something right. They say it hasn't happened yet.

I'm in the same boat.
But you know what they say - "Practice makes Perfect".
I do like to practice.

That latest slogan is getting real close. I'm trying to think of one, but it's beginning to hurt.

How about a little modification of the 1st one.

                      No Bees

                                 No Food

                  No You or Me

                               All Unglued

I couldn't get my clip-art to post so this is it.

This one isn't really original but:

Ask not what Honeybees do for you,

Ask what you can do for the Honeybees.

Hmmm...I think maybe I'll print up some shirts with this one and see how they sell at my booth this season.

WPG,
Although I think the second one is a slogan most can relate too, we need something that can go on a 3 x 9 bumper sticker with two lines of lettering. So this one may be too long. I do like it for a t-shirt idea.

Save the shrimp...kill a whale today!

Oh wait...this is about bees.

Scott
"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language...And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

The first would need to be shortened.

Like....

Make a Positive Difference,
Take up Beekeeping Today!

The second....I personally don't like any use, reference, or suggestion about "carbon footprints".

Never mad at you.  ;)

I do have a habit of glancing at the past few posts, and sometimes miss a few along the way.
I think there are many good slogans. Just some are better than others.

I'm not crazy about any of the choices listed - sorry.  but I did see a posting by Scott that read

"Saving the environment - one bee at a time"  I think that would be a great saying\theme.
We love the girls...
