New beekeeper in Durham, NC
« on: September 02, 2011, 08:55:18 am »
Hi everyone! I'm Randy I'm out in the country just north of Durham, NC. I got my hive in May of this year, it is doing great BTW. Will be extracting a hive from a porch next week, the new hive is almost ready for it.

Randy

Welcome from Charlotte! It's my first year as well, but I haven't gotten to bee removal yet. I'm envious!

Welcome to the forum.   :cheer:

If you are completely new to beekeeping, I suggest looking in your area for a beekeeping club. There should be mentors who can answer your questions and help you learn. You are definitely welcome to post any questions you have on this forum and someone will give you some working information.  -Mike
