Title: Comb
Post by: BaB on December 11, 2010, 11:02:47 am
I watched the vedio of Dave's Feeder Follower board and think it's great, he told me he doesn't have any comb at this time. Is there anyone willing to sell some comb so I can make a couple of these boards?

I don't think I'm permitted to post links on this forum but you asked the same question on the other one we belong to so I'll post it there, it is a fantastic idea and really hoping someone can or will sell some comb to me from a Langstroth hive.

Here is the Link for others to see
Do you have a Local Bee Club I'd bet someone would
have some, you may want to go to the Local Fire dept.
see  if they have names of keepers they use when
called out for swarms and Problem Bees
For what its worth I bet with some Plexiglas and
Fish tank glue you could make a Liquid feeder to look
just like the Follower Board or seal it with Bees wax
good luck

There's always the option of packaged bees, feral, a swarm or in you can, a cut out.

Yepp, a nice big cut out would give you just the comb you need.
