Got to check part of my hives today also.

I got started checking my hives today, as I was finishing the third hive it statred raining.  These three have plenty of stores.  Think they have nectar and pollen coming in a little.  They had brood also, didn't notice drone cells but several workers.  The hive I got to was 2 Langs and 1 TBH.  The TBH had several frames of honey and some brood on 3 or 4 frames.  Lots of bees in each.  Saw no mites or SHB's.  Hope to get into the others in a few days.  Good luck to you all.

Good to hear Joe!

We have rain for the next few weeks so I don't know when I'll get into mine :(.  Hearing that all of ya'll have brood, i'm super worried about my little baby hives.  THey are still alive and seem to have lots of bees, but I'm afraid they are really lite.

It has warmed up all the way to minus 16 today here.  Will be a while before I am in a colony to see if they have brood!
