First swarm of 2010

This swarm just landed an hour ago.  Gonna try to catch it today

In TBH on right.  Other hive is from a swarm last year.  Last 3 swarms came off the same branch.

Appears to be a very nice sized swarm.  Hope its not your swarm.  How do you like your TBH's.  I might make  on some day.

It was a HUGE swarm and unfortunately I think it is my own bees.  I really like the TBH's...easy to work, don't need smoke, easy on the back.  I have 6 Langstroth hives and 2 TBH'S.

Yeah, looks huge but pictures can some times be deceiving if you dont have something for scale.  At least you caught them.  Good luck.
