I grew to know Emil through his Facebook page Fayco Bees & although I didn't get the chance to meet him in person I grew to really like & admire the man. He was a good man and a fantastic beek.

He will be missed greatly by all who knew him.

Rest in peace brother Emil.

Thanks for the info JP- Do you have his address? I would like to send a card to his family.

My condolences as well.  I only knew him through the inter-webs, but I found him a fantastic spirit and a very human soul.  He shared his experiences without reservation, and respected others if they were attentive.  He will be missed.

(Google gives up his address easily if you want to write a card)

Emil was and is a big deal in the Texas area, always willing to pass on friendly advice to new bee people like me.  Tuesday he was posting on the sites and then we lost him.  Take care Emil....
