I made a jig using Scotts design a while ago and now I can make almost a billion frames at a time. Works very well. Thanks Scott.

Yeah me to. This rig pumps out 17 frames per load. Love it. Thanks Scott.

It sure cut down the assembly time. I bought the Brushy Mtn. type don't work near as well.
-
Good job. Do you always putthe bottoms on first?
-
I agree with Hardwood, go big or go home! :-D

I'd like to know where you got those frames from. Brusheys doesn't have the extra ridge in the bottom center.

I bought deeps and mediums from a place called 'Busy Bee Beekeeping Supplies' in Tweed Ontario. I don't know who is supplying him.
My local bee guy sold his business to a large Quebec outfit this spring and I saved about 25% by going North to Tweed. Of course shipping would have taken care of any savings but I had a relative who was coming down swing through to pick up my order.
The deeps have only a single large space for the bottom bar. I feel good about these mediums as staples shot through the bottom bar hit that center piece and glue has the tag to bind to as well.
I feel better having saved some $$ but still envy y'all South of the border. My cost per frame .... $1.05 plus 13% tax. Maybe next year I'll run down to Bud6 and do some shopping on the way! Probably save the gas $$.
