Morning ya'll,
How many AJ beetle traps are recommended? One per hive, or one per box?
I still haven't seen any, but want to be prepared,
Thanks,
Mp

I'm curious about this myself. Just found my first SHB during inspection (also first victim of my hive tool), and looking for ways to prevent them from being a problem for my new hives.

I would say one trap per hive and needs to be checked periodically. It has been said that if you lay a piece of vinyl over the top of the trap you'll get better results.
