Dunno what our local guy paid for packages out of California, but we paid him $65 per 3-lb package.  A 2-day round trip, far as I know.

They are asking $97.00 for a #3 package here. I won't pay that for them.

I could be remembering incorrectly, but I believe one of my suppliers mentioned paying $35-$40 for a 3# package.  They mark them up 100%.
