I'm pretty sure it was on your website that you have made some styro nuc bodies and it even looked like you had dovetailed them. Is is styrofoam or some kind of poly and are you just milling it using standard woodworking tools?

Not sure if these are what you are referring to, but they are purchased polystyrene hive bodies.

However, I know a member here that was working on making some nucs out of polystyrene sheets. I did see a prototype up close, and I believe he was milling some type of joint into them. Try giving him a PM, he is a real good guy.

I work with polystyrene some and I do use a tablesaw when cutting it, I just use an old plywood blade and it works great.
