Pollen/ collection and sale

I met a couple who own a health food store in a city near me. They said they had a big demand for pollen and had no local supplier. They begged me to get into that and sell to then. I have five hives and I was wondering if anyone else on the forum had those pollen traps on theirs and if it is worthwhile time and moneywise. Thanks ahead and although I seldom post I read this often.

Sounds good to me if you can pull it off.  I read somewhere awhile back that keeping those pollen traps open all the time can be bad because the bees need pollen to come in to the hive.  As for how much you'll collect is beyond me.  I have no real experience with those traps and don't know anyone with them.  Somebody will know more I'm sure.
