Title: Hello from NJ
Post by: dlmarti on April 14, 2007, 08:52:53 pm
Hi guys, newbie from NJ, USA checking in.

I don't own a single bee yet, but I'm reading everything in sight.
So far I've emptied two libraries of their bee keeping books, and also read about 90% of the post on this forum (boy you guys talk alot, that took two days).

Expect lots of questions soon.  :)

Hello newbie from NJ,

You are in the right place. I have read every book I can get my hands on and you will quickly find that the folks on this forum are great and very willing to help. I've had my bees for a little under a week and don't know what I would have done without the input from this site!

Thanks for the welcome.
Any good clubs in the area worth joining?
I'm in Mercer County.

Here's the home pge for the NJ Beekeeper's Association:

There's a link to local groups; maybe central Jersey would be most convenient for you?  Good luck!
