I don't know how you find someone, but I'd start with orchards and truck farms. Usually for pollenation you move the bees in immedieatly after the target plant blooms and move them out as soon as it's done so they can spray without hurting the bees. The reason for moving in immediately after bloom is the way bees work. They tend to find one bloom and work it until it peters out. If you put them in too soon they will find another bloom somewhere to work and when the target plant blooms they will already be working something else.
