Hi there...
« on: February 07, 2013, 08:31:29 pm »
I'm a noob looking for beekeepers in the Capricorn region, Central Queensland, for mentoring.
I hadn't planned on starting any hives till next spring, but the boys have decided to plant pumpkins and rockmelons due to all the flooding own south.
So now its kinda a mad scramble to finish assembling my gear. But I'm not even sure where to by bees yet.

However, if somebody wanted to put 2 or 3 hives on the property in return for teaching me a few things, that would be awesome too.
Its only about 8acres of crops, they should be finished planting this weekend which means flowers in about 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the weather.

Um, so tell me what you think.
