I'm seeing remnants of wax moth cocoons atop your frames. The only issue with old equipment would be contamination due to American foul brood. The spores can be transferred and your hives can be infected. You have to be careful with used equipment.

I had some given to me that had been stored in a dry celler over 50yrs old and they looked just like that, I have them all in use now
