Polystyrene Nucleus Hives
« on: August 18, 2010, 01:19:11 am »
Sometime ago when i was younger i remember seeing a yard where the owner had polystyrene nucleus hives... does anybody use these or do you know where they can be purchased? Obviously they would have their own inherit downfalls but it could be good for short term storage or even swarm collection

I don't know of a source in Oz, but in the US, Betterbee stocks them.  I think maybe Swienty has them in Europe.
