Too early to look for packages?
« on: December 12, 2008, 05:37:51 pm »
I'd like to get ten packages shipped to me (Alaska) in the spring - late April or early May.

  • Breed not important. Proven survivor-stock ideal.
  • Prefer 4# packages, if available.
  • Clipped or otherwise mutilated queens unacceptable, don't care about marking.
  • Low drone-count (in package) important.

Is it too early to seek quotes?

I don't think its too early. I don't know about delivery to your area but I have noticed that several places have set their prices already while doing an internet search.

Some are already taking orders now and others say they will start taking  orders in January.
