Title: Task Managemant Software?
Post by: ThePlot on April 24, 2013, 02:54:02 am
I am currently looking for a task management or project management software. Mobile capability would be best. I need this to help keep track of different tasks at different yards so the beekeepers I work with can be on the same page, and we have an accurate representation of the state of our yards.

I want it to have a calendar view, and remind my crew of certain tasks (such as queens due for catching, queen cells, yard check due, supers needed, ect.) It gets difficult keeping every one on the same page.

So, what would be best, and why?

The task/project management is my most important question.

Thank you!

Hi JP,

You might like to consider my software HiveTasks. It doesn't yet have everything you asked for, but it is certainly task management software specifically for beekeepers. It will handle different yards, scheduling queen replacements, hive maintenance history and print job lists for individual staff/beekeepers. You can download the trial version at http://www.hivetasks.com.au/software/trialversion.php (http://www.hivetasks.com.au/software/trialversion.php)

Drop me a line if you have any questions.
