Yummmeeee.  Nice and decent sized carcass, not too big, not too small. We have half a black angus, Okanagan grass fed in our freezer.  The animal was processed on the property and then taken to the butcher.  Never knew what hit him, he was happy eating a bucket of grain.  Think that makes for some very nice tasting meat.  Yep, it tastes good to me too!!  Have that beautiful and awesome day, with happiness and love, Cindi
