Arrgh!
I'm so angry!  I've only had my bees four months and they are so awesome!  I guess I have bee fever.   I was planning to go to the community college after this year of school, which would work out great for my bees of course because I'd be at home.  Then, this college I'd applied to just on a lark turns around and gives me this huge scholarship that I can't turn down (think full ride.) !!! Problem is, it's in Missouri.  So of course I'm going, and I 'm excited but that means I have to sell my hive. sniff.  If only I could convince them to let me keep my girls on the roof.

What area of Florida are you in?  Maybe I could take care of them in your absense.

I'm in Citrus County; a bkpr around here has expressed an interest in them though.  But thanks for the offer; you can have them if he changes his mind.  It's got two supers for the brood chamber and one honey super on now.  Screened bottom board, and a stand I made out of an old sod pallet.

That could be a little difficult to get over all the way to Pinellas.  Oh well, glad to hear they've got a place to go.
